Damages and issues
We will send you a replacement product for every product you receive in a damaged or defective condition. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns
We do not handle any returns whatsoever including for incorrect sizes, colors, variants, gift cards etc. So where available, please read the size guides and choose your selection carefully. However, we have a 30-day refund policy for damages, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund in case you do not want a replacement. To be eligible for either of these, you must, send us photos of the item(s) in the condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The photos must show the defects or damages or the incorrect product clearly.
Process
You must raise a support ticket with the order number to start this process. This can be done using the 'Raise a support ticket' button in the Help Center. You can always contact us for any queries at customersupport@inspiredtops.com. We do have some helpful information in the FAQs that might be worth reading prior.
Replacement
Once we review and accept the damage claim, we will ask you to confirm if you want a replacement or a refund. In either case, you do not need to return the original product(s). If you request a replacement, we will fulfil a replacement order immediately. Once you tell us you want a replacement, we are unable to cancel that and issue a refund.
Refunds
If you request a refund instead of a replacement, we will refund you within 2 business days. Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
