What countries do you ship to?

We ship to these countries only at this time - Canada, Australia, UK and USA.

How do I choose my own language or currency?

Desktop/laptop users, click on the country/currency dropdown located at the top right corner of the page. For mobile users, click on the navigation bar in the upper left corner, and you will see an option to select your country/currency.

Our store is in English and we do not have multi-language support. We apologize for any inconvenience.

How long will it take to get my products?

Your order will be fulfilled in 2 business days. From then, it depends on your location and shipping option selected.

Shipping

  • USA and Canada - 5-7 days
  • UK and Australia - 7-9 days

You will receive regular tracking updates and a tracking link.

How to redeem a coupon code?

After selecting the desired items on our online shop, add them to your shopping cart. In the "shopping bag" page or during checkout, you can enter or select your code in the designated discount field located below the listed products then click "APPLY".You will then see the discount applied in real-time.

Please note:

  • One coupon code for each order.
  • Specific "On Sale" items are not included.
  • At times, we have store-wide promotional sales. During such times, your discount codes will provide you further price reductions.

Why is my coupon or discount code not working?

There are a few reasons why a code may not be working:

  1. Wrong code may have been typed in - please check the code.
  2. The code may have already expired.
  3. The minimum spend requirement has not been met.
  4. Items 'On Sale' are not applicable for the code.

I placed an order, but forgot to use a coupon, can I add it now?

We're sorry, but we cannot add coupons to orders that have already been placed. On the bright side, you can save this code for your next purchase!

How to get coupons or find out about your promos?

For the most up-to-date information on promotions and sales, please refer to our home page. We recommend you subscribe to our newsletter to get exclusive discounts and get notified about product launches, special offers, and company news.

Do my coupons expire?

Code validity periods can vary and are specific to each campaign. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the respective campaign for voucher validity information.

Can I use two coupons in one order?

Unfortunately, our system only allows one coupon code to be used per order and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

What payment methods do you accept?

Why has my payment declined?

Your credit card may be declined due to one of the following reasons:

  1. Your card info might be incorrect. Please confirm your card number, expiration date, billing address, and security code to ensure that the transaction can be processed.
  2. The card issuer bank declined your payment. Please call your bank for additional assistance. If your financial details are confirmed and you think your card may be declined due to a technical error, please try to check out on another browser or try another payment method to complete your order. We recommend you try PayPal. Please contact us on chat or the contact form (link) if the problem is still not solved.

Shop and Orders

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. We suggest that you place a separate order for each destination if you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses.

Where are you located?

Our company is a registered LLC in the US and our main fulfillment center is located in Michigan.

Do you ship to PO BOX and APO/FPO/AFP military addresses?

Yes, we do ship to PO BOX and APO/FPO/AFP military addresses, but please note that we can only ship to these addresses via USPS (United States Postal Service). If you want to receive the item(s) by Express shipping(about 5-10 business days), please provide a physical address.

Can multiple orders be shipped in one package?

We want to ensure that the items you order are delivered to you as quickly as possible. To achieve this, a separate package will always be sent for each order.

How do I update my shipping address?

It is possible to create a different delivery address before the order is shipped. If you need to do this, please contact us as early as possible and we will try to change the address on a best endeavours basis. However, once an order has been shipped, it is unfortunately not possible to change the delivery address.

How do I subscribe to your newsletter?

If you have already signed up to the newsletter, you will be unable to do so again. If you did not see a popup to subscribe to our newsletter and if you have never signed up before, you can use this link to enter your email and we will send you all the latest news and promotions.

Do I need to register before placing an order?

No, you don't have to create an account to make a purchase on our website. You are welcome to proceed as a guest. However, we encourage you to register an account for enhanced functionality, such as utilizing the shopping cart feature and accessing your order history.

How do I register?

I forgot my login password

Click the “forgot password” at the login page, fill in your registered email then we’ll send a new password to your registered email. If you haven't received an email from us within 15 minutes and it's not in your spam folder, please feel free to contact us.

How do I unsubscribe from emails and text messages?

We imagine you'll love what we have to offer. However, if you need to unsubscribe from our emails, simply click on the "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of every email you receive. We will refund if there is transit damage

If you receive your package and find that some items are lost or damaged in transit, rest assured that you can easily apply for a full refund for those items. Check out our refund policy.

We will refund in full in case of non-delivery

For reasons other than force majeure, if your package isn't delivered within 30 days after shipment, an automatic refund will be issued. If it arrives later, you can keep it for free without needing to return it.
